Cranberries, a vital ingredient for all Christmas feasts
Boughton-based caterer Pippa White @pippa_white_catering is offering homemade Christmas fare this year. They have two types of biscuits ‘nutty, zesty, crunchy, chewy Florentines’ and traditional German Pfeffernusse, ‘little hemispheres of peppery, nutty, spicy cookies coated with a thin glaze of white icing’. There is cranberry and onion relish, a Buche de Noel (a traditional chocolate Swiss roll sponge of 12 servings, an Alpine-style gingerbread house and a classic Dresdner Stollen loaf as well as all the traditional festive fare such as Christmas puddings and cakes. Minimum spend £20.

Pippa is happy to make up wicker gift hampers £20, £22, £26. To send the wicker hamper by post you will need the hamper and a postal box.
